Daz Sampson has been chosen to be the UK's entry for the 2006
Eurovision Song Contest after a live public vote on BBC's Making Your
Mind Up.

The other competitors in the Making Your Mind Up contest were: Antony
Costa, Four Story, Goran Kay, City Chix and Kym Marsh.

His rap dance track Teenage Life will be performed in the ESC Final in
Athens on 20th May 2006.

I thought it was a really good song and well above the average crap that
we've entered over the last few years.

Good luck to him - let's hope it's different enough to at least break up
some of the block voting.
