To say that the evidence was not properly stored and shipped would be a huge
understatement. It looks like the computers have been taken apart, dragged
through the mud, with no real attempt to reassemble them or clean things up.

Geeker is clearly not happy with how his property was handled, and he
encourages everyone to help him get the story out.

Please do me a favour everyone. tell everybody you know about this, blog
about it, tweet about it, facebook and myspace or wherever else you feel it
might do some good, let the whole bloody world know exactly what these evil
gits have done .and will probably keep on doing if something isn't done to
stop this kind of crap from happening and people and their property being
treated like this!," he said.

When FileSoup administrator Geeker had his home raided in the summer of
2009, police and the Federation Against Copyright Theft (FACT) literally
trashed his place. In a previous interview Geeker vividly recalled the
events.

"I got back home just before 8pm to find my belongings had been turned
upside down, the dining room was a like a whirlwind had gone
through..[]..they'd turfed out all the drawers of the desk, chucked back
what was of no interest to them, left a pile of paperwork scattered across
my desk and table with wires everywhere, talk about a nightmare!"

The police officers and 'agents' of the MPAA-funded FACT tagged everything
with a chip in it, and bagged them as evidence. In the following weeks some
items were returned, including a mobile phone, sat nav and video camera, but
most of the hardware was kept under lock and key.

As Geeker and fellow FileSoup administrator Snookered were released from all
charges by the Crown Prosecution Service last month, their belongings were
finally returned this week. This final step in the dreadful legal
proceedings should have been a day to celebrate, but the police once again
trashed the party.

From the looks of it the police and FACT did not return all of the seized
property, and the hardware that was given back appears to be completely
trashed.

Is Geeker so guilty of criminal activities that he cannot file civil

to keep a low profile to stay out of jail?

You seem to be upset that there was damage to equipment used to commit
by an admitted criminal. Law enforcement did not find enough evidence
to convict him, so he went free, but he has publicly admitted that he
is a career criminal. It seems like he got off easy.

In the US, the MPAA is much more effective at victimizing people who
have not actually broken the law. This guy did break the Law and was
not even punished compared to what they do to people who have not
broken the law.

Because a large percentage of the police are freemasons; they may not
admit it and you may not be man enough to accept it - but they are.

The reason being that when any case comes to court, the police can be
assured of an easy ride because a large percentage of the judiciary
are freemasons too.

How do you expect the establishment to continue in charge without a
secret handshake to keep them going?

They are all so endemically corrupt that allowing the hoi polloi to
gain access to their cosy corridors of power would bring it all down
around their ears.

My son is a police officer. He's not a mason and he doesn't know any
colleague who is.

The association between police and freemasonry is a myth most
prevalent and propagated in prisons and, would you believe it, most
prison officers are alleged to be masons also.

In this country the proceedings of courts except under very limited
circumstances are open. This gives press and public every opportunity
to see justice in action first hand. If masons yielded so much
influence on the judicial process don't you think someone might have
noticed before now and there would not have been any public comment to
that effect or are all journalists, editors and media proprietors
masons too?

If the society is as secret as we are led to believe then how is is we
can so easily identify those people and more particularly those groups
of people who are members. You talk as though they have attributes
similar to the mafia or some extra terrestrial alien.

Psst! They're not!

The prisoners became criminals because they refused to take
responsibility for their own behavior. Their false allegations of
conspiracy are just another facet of the personality flaw that made
them criminals in the first place.

This is true!
There have been accusations from people who fail to achieve their
personal goals, but those accusations are also aimed at "the Blacks,"
"the Whites," the Asians, the Jews, the Catholics, the Protestants,
the Atheists, and any other group to which the personal whining does
not belong. Racists, Religious bigots, and other conspiracy theorists
are their own worst enemies.

That is just a paranoid fantasy.

Another paranoid fantasy.

Feel free to provide some sort of evidence. Most Masons are quite
proud of the masonic affiliation. Membership in Freemasonry is not
secret. Lodges usually publish newsletters including names of Masons
doing various things and contributing to various projects.
Freemasonry is not a secret society; you can look up lodges in the
phone book and online. You can't look up the Mafia, an actual secret
society, in the phone book.

The Constitution serves that purpose without any need of Freemasonry
at all.

You are just being silly now. Since many very wealthy people are
fully willing to bribe officials to get their way, and almost all
people have some element of greed in their personalities, there is no
need of any fraternity to facilitate bribery. Since Masonry forbids
freemasons from engaging in any criminal activity or political
corruption, there would probably be a lot less corruption in
government if Freemasons actually wielded the power that paranoid
schizophrenics fantasize about in their delusions.

Perhaps Freemasons have blocked his access to all legal services, as they
have mine?
